Day 15

I hat a pretty decent Monday.

Breakfast:
Fiber plus bar

Lunch:
Fake ribblette
BBQ sauce
tuna on special bread w/ miracle whip

Snack:
Almonds

Supper:
beef jerky
pepperoni slices
pickles

Totals:  Calories-about 1000     carbs.-like 75

Yeah I didn't take very good count, but I know i was way under because I kept busy with other things like: sleeping, work, shopping, One Tree Hill season premiere, etc....
