provolone cheese

grilled chicken, bacon, ranch salad
Supper:
Ft. long bacon chicken ranch sub.

So the Dr. and I dicussed a low-carb diet to start. (Ok Dr. just said DO it and I just hung my head and wimpered ok). So I am trying to use this blog as a diary for it. I will honestly say I am freaked out and I am no way ready so this will be a bumpy ride.
