What yesterday is missing???
I don't know how that happened!!! OK, ok. I went a little over and I didn't wanna put it all on here. I was
starving for some reason yesterday (it could also be I think I am getting a visit or I just had a really weak day). But I am better today and am ready to get on with the week.
Breakfast:
fiber plus bar
Lunch:
8 meatballs
Tuna sandwich
salad with mushrooms
ranch
Supper
beef brisket salad
ranch
Snack:
2 special K bars
I don't have the actual totals but atleast I am telling you what I ate.
